Niki Di Landa was born in Bologna in 1986 and she grew up in northern Greece.
After graduating in Law and International Relations she travelled back and forth Italy and Greece, until 2013 when she moved to Milan.
Here she successfully attended the master in Communication and International relations at IULM university leading a study tour in New York and Washington D.C in 2014.
Her final thesis highlighted the relationship between food and politics and the “gastrodiplomacy” initiatives.
She is a contributor for food blogs where she writes about Greek food culture and coffee.
This year she appeared as a contributor for the book “I nuovi Foodmakers. Storie e consigli per trasformare una passione in un lavoro”, by P. M. Cioffi, editoriale Delfino
In 2018, after years of working as account for major communication agencies she decided to dedicate her life to coffee.
In 2019 she won her first coffee competition in the category Ibrik/Cezve.
In 2020 she will represent Italy and the World of Coffee in Warsaw.
