
This post today is to start the week in a sweet way. Sometimes we need something extra, something that will change our routine.
So why not trying a small sweet treat for ourselves?
Super easy, super fats, few ingredients, no baking is the perfect coffee treat for our break: coffee panna cotta.
What we need:
100ml soy milk
3gr agar agar
125gr white yogurt
30ml espresso coffee (or moka one shot)
Procedure: in a small pot mix well vegetable milk and agar agar, bring to boil over medium heat and then set aside. Mix yogurt and combine well. Last ingredient: add coffee to the mixture.
Place in a small bowl and keep in the fridge for at least 2hours.
Enjoy adding some cocoa powder.
